Going on maternity leave is an exciting time. It is also a huge transition to make as in many ways you will experience everything to the opposite extremes that you have been used to at work. Your busy, controlled, structured, mentally challenging days will be exchanged for long, open periods of time, often spent at home with a sleeping (or crying!) baby. This part of the programme will help you manage this change.
We will also look at making the reverse transition and help you to prepare fully for your return to work. We will look at options for return that are right for you and your family and get you back to work feeling happy and confident.
